About the SRO MOU:

Massachusetts requires all school districts with school resource officers (SROs) to adopt its Model Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with their local police. The Model MOU requires schools and police to:
      · Publicly report school-based arrests
      · Prohibit SROs from using police powers for school discipline
      · Annually review their SROs’ compliance with these laws
