Latest Updates (11/14/25):

Hello friends and supporters of H.1852/S.1164,

The House deadline to report bills out of committee has technically passed, but there is still time for the Senate to act on the bill before December 3, 2025.

What we need now is calls and emails to the chairs and committee members!

Please reach out to any and all members of the Judiciary Committee, and in particular the chairs, Senator Lydia Edwards (Third Suffolk) and Representative Michael Day (31st Middlesex), as they have the greatest influence in determining what is voted favorably out of committee.

Senate chair: Lydia.Edwards@masenate.gov (617-722-1634)

House chair: Michael.Day@mahouse.gov (617-722-2396)
